Our Property
No10 High Street is a mid-nineteenth century two bedroom cottage which has recently been fully renovated. It is set in the beautiful historic village of Edwinstowe in the heart of Sherwood Forest.
Our cottage offers everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The property is fully equipped with a modern kitchen including coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer making this a great option for those wanting to take advantage of a longer stay.
With free, reliable WiFi and a dedicated workstation, you can comfortably mix work with enjoyment.
The bedrooms offer flexible sleeping spaces with the super king size room converting to a twin room and a king size room where a travel cot can be added at no additional charge.
The private courtyard offers level, wheelchair/pushchair-friendly access and is ideal for safely storing bicycles, making it practical for families and cyclists alike.
It is also secure for your pets and is a great spot to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine or some alfresco dining in the warmer weather.
We Are Dog Friendly!
Our cottage is dog friendly so your four-legged family members are welcome to join you. With easy access to plenty of scenic routes nearby, it’s the perfect base for adventures with your dog.
As standard in our cottage, we are happy to provide your pet with food and water bowls, dog treats, poo bags for your walks and a lead that can be used for the duration of your stay.
We even have an outdoor warm water dog wash and microfibre drying towels so you can shower those paws after your muddy walks!
Some of the local pubs and cafés are dog friendly and allow your pet into the bar area whilst other places (that do not allow dogs inside) have outdoor spaces with water bowls, treats and blankets where you can sit with your four legged friends.
When booking at No10, we do ask that your dogs are well behaved, toilet trained and not left unattended; and please do not allow them upstairs. This helps to keep the space clean, comfortable and welcoming for all of our guests.
Please note; as a guideline, we limit the number of pets to two but please feel free to send an enquiry to discuss individual requirements.
